Thank you for choosing Tree’s Daughter! Each tumbler is handmade with care. Following these care instructions will help keep your cup looking beautiful and working properly.
General Care
- Hand wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Do not place in the dishwasher.
- Do not microwave.
- Do not soak your tumbler.
- Avoid extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not drop or intentionally shake your tumbler aggressively.
- Store upright when possible.
Snow Globe & Glitter Tumblers
Glitter and decorative pieces may naturally settle when your cup is sitting. Gently turn or swirl the tumbler to get everything moving again.
Lava & Dual-Lava Tumblers
Your lava tumbler is designed for the liquids to move and flow naturally.
DO NOT SHAKE your lava tumbler. Instead, gently turn, tilt, or roll the cup to enjoy the lava effect. Aggressive shaking can create excessive bubbles and may affect the appearance of the cup.
Important
Each Tree’s Daughter tumbler is handmade, so slight variations in glitter placement, add-ins, color, and movement are normal and make your cup unique.
If you notice leaking, damage, or another issue when your order arrives, please contact Tree’s Daughter within 48 hours of delivery.
