Tree’s Daughter Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tree’s Daughter! Each tumbler is handmade with care, and many items are customized or made to order.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because our tumblers are handmade and/or customized specifically for you, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos and/or video showing the issue
• Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Handmade Disclaimer
Because each Tree’s Daughter tumbler is handmade, slight variations in glitter placement, colors, additives, decals, and overall appearance may occur. These small variations are part of what makes each cup unique and are not considered defects.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
